The center of Partington, which lies on the western edge of Manchester, is set to be revitalised.

Three separate developments will be integrated together to from the Partington healthpark.  A healthy living centre, a primary care centre and a Surestart base with neighbourhood nursery form the essential components.

Bearhunt developed the business plan and raised funding for the healthy living centre, and subsequently developed an integrated programme plan to bring all the developments together.
