The provisional dates for this years School of Curiosity 'End of Summer School' have been announced. The event will take place on 18th-20th October 2013 (TBC) at The Citadelle, Villefranche-sur-Mer, France. Malcolm McClean was the host for The Southway Staff Festival at The Point, Lancashire Cricket Club for The Southway Housing Trust. He helped the Project Team design the event and hosted the whole day, including a live interview with two time Olympic Gold Medal winner for cycling, Ed Clancy. According to the team it was their most successful event ever based on staff feedback, and they had this to say about working our way...“I don’t think we could have got anyone better”.

Liverpool football legend Dietmar Hamann has been working with Bearhunt's Malcolm McClean on his new book The Didi Man: My love affair with Liverpool. Published in February 2012, the book became a Sunday Times Best Seller, sitting proudly in the charts between Charles Dickens and Bear Grylls.
